Care Policy

I am passionate about the wellbeing of all those who come to me for help; be it for treatment such as Massage, Healing or counselling, meditation, or for advice.


I feel it is important that once a client has received one of the services, to enquire how they are feeling at least a week after leaving me. For some it may be 3 days afterwards. To this end a courtesy call is made or an email sent. 


This gives each person an opportunity to communicate more freely and effectively about the service they received in in the comfort of their own space without feeling pressurised. 


I value clarity, transparency and truth, and want each client to feel comfortable in expressing their truth without fear or judgment. 


I treat others as I appreciate being treated, with care and consideration, and not to feel that I was ‘just another client.’ 


My approach to each person is unique, for each one is unique, and therefore it is important to listen and to have a deeper sense of the needs of the client in order to deliver first class service in any of the treatments .

I also welcome any views or recommendations by my clients, as this too will serve me well in continuing to fulfil my desire.


The desire to be the best I can in service, to help each person who comes to me with grace and confidence . Clients are happy…. I am happier.
