Beginners guided meditation courses consisting of: Breathing techniques to achieve relaxation, balance and focus, release of negative energies to align mind body and spirit and much more.


Advanced meditation for those who have completed beginners course sessions include: Colour visualisation, Exploring energy fields (psychometry), Guided meditation through visualisation.


Meditation with prayers heal yourself with the power of prayer and breath work other workshops Reiki 1 and 2 spiritual healing for yourself and others including distant healing (for the advanced). Energy clearing for home and work place specialised techniques are used to remove blocked or negative energies, such as anger, discord, lethargy etc. Spiritual counselling relationships families and young adults. Separation/divorce, career and work related issues, coping with loss or bereavement, prayers to support the sick and dying. Visits can be arranged for a service to be carried out either at home, hospital, or nursing home.

Relaxation Therapy through breath work

Breathing is the life source of our being. Corrective breathing can help to alleviate stress, tension and stiffness in the body which invariable causes discomfort and pain.


Corrective breathing will help you to focus better, have more energy  and sleep better.


This technique also incorporates a few minutes of meditation.


Guided Meditation for Beginners this is a six (6) week course 

The beginners guided meditation includes breathing and relaxation. The session will be bespoke to your needs; be it to let go of negative thought patterns, or for daily use to help you to go deeper into a relaxed mode.


Meditation with Prayers

Heal yourself with the power of prayer and breath work. I have written prayers for specific needs to help you align yourself with positive thoughts and energy.

Advance Guided Meditation the course runs for eight (8) weeks

For those who have completed the beginners course.


The course will comprise the beginners guided meditation, then delving into the spectrum of colour visualisation, exploring energy fields. 


Timing elements:

  • beginners meditation 1hr 20 mins each session

                 

  • Advance meditation  1hr 30 mins each session
